Accounting Associate roles are critical to business growth, culture, and operations.


Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform daily bank reconciliation across entities ensuring transactions are properly reconciled
✔️ Supervise general accounting transactions e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
✔️ Responsible for timely and accurate customer invoicing
✔️ Perform expense monitoring
✔️ Responsible for timely and accurate bill receipting and the approval thereof
✔️ Ensure accurate and timely postings of all journal entries, compliant with applicable standards and policies

Accounting Associate Requirements:

✔️ Highly proficient with Zoho accounting tool
✔️ Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
✔️ With at least 2 years of related work experience in accounting, account management, credit & collection

Account Manager (w/ real estate background)

An account manager ensures the smooth running of campaigns – from communicating the correct job order to all team members to facing clients and reporting to the account director. Receive a plan for a campaign from the account director and be expected to monitor it every step of the way whilst creating an enjoyable work environment and keeping the momentum going. Show strong communication skills to develop strong, meaningful relationships with the client. Timely communication is imperative to complete projects on time and within budget.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
