- Able to manage HR operations for a team of around 20 employees and freelancers
- Able to take ownership of HR tasks and help build a more organised HR department
- Experienced in recruitment, applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate updates, and onboarding
- Able to prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, HR files, trackers, and internal documentation

- Proven experience as a Web Developer, WordPress Developer, Elementor Developer, or similar role
- Strong experience building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Confident using Elementor without needing basic training or step-by-step supervision
- Able to build full website pages, landing pages, and website updates quickly and accurately
- Able to create websites based on design references, Canva files, Figma files, PDFs, brand guidelines, or existing website styles
- Strong understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Able to make Elementor pages mobile-responsive without needing another developer to fix them
- Able to use Elementor Pro features such as Theme Builder, headers, footers, templates, forms, popups, global styles, and reusable sections
- Comfortable using Elementor Containers/Flexbox, global fonts, global colours, buttons, spacing, and reusable layouts
- Able to work inside existing WordPress and Elementor websites without breaking the current design or structure
